We want you to love your SYMPL gear as much as we do! If you’re not entirely satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return through our returns platform.
– You’ll need your order number and email that was used for your purchase.
*If eligible, we’ll provide a return shipping label via email within 1-2 business days.
* Remember to package returns carefully to prevent damage during transit.
