The majority of our products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.  We offer free exchange requests and easy returns so that you can shop with confidence. We also offer easy returns, minus a the cost of the return label fee. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit.

• Please note that the shipping fees for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable. All items must be unused and with original tags attached.

• Please ensure that returned items are packaged carefully and thoughtfully to avoid being damaged on their journey back to us.

Orders placed with our retail partners like FRWD, RushFaster, Bag & Wallet, The Bag Creature or or other retailers are subject to the return policy of each retailer. Please contact the retailer’s customer support team and provide the original dated receipt for information on their return policy.

Items eligible for return or exchange must be brand new, unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. If the item does not, it does not qualify for a return or exchange.
