How long does it take to process a refund?Updated 3 months ago

We do our best to check your return in the order it was received. Once it's checked by our team we will issue your refund.  Please be patient and allow 7-10 business days once the order has been delivered back to us before we are able to submit your refund.   

If you have tracked your return and it shows delivered, and you have yet to received a refund notification email within 7 days of the date it arrived back to our warehouse, you can reach out for an update.  Keep in mind that our warehouse team may experience delays, so we appreciate your patience as we process your return.

Once your refund has been issued back to your original method of payment it may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information regarding refunds.
