- Marked as delivered but you did not receive it (lost or stolen)
- Stuck in transit for 10 or more days (domestic) with no updates
- Confirmed lost by the carrier
How to file a claim

- Enter your order information
- Select the issue that best matches your situation
- Provide any requested details and submit your claim
Route will review your claim and follow up directly with next steps or a resolution.
