Sympl Limited Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind our gear. All Sympl products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product.
“Practical lifetime” means the reasonable usable life of the product under normal use — not the lifetime of the purchaser.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. If the original product is no longer available, we may replace it with a comparable product of similar value.
What’s Covered
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase from symplofficial.com.
Authorized Dealer Purchases: If your product was purchased from an authorized Sympl dealer, your warranty claim must be initiated directly through the dealer where the product was purchased.
Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items.
What’s NOT Covered
Normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, improper care, or negligence.
Cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product.
The natural breakdown, fading, or deterioration of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Damage caused by alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
Any issue that is not the direct result of a manufacturing defect.
How the Claim & Shipping Process Works
Inspection Required: To evaluate a warranty claim, the item must be shipped back to Sympl for physical inspection.
Inbound Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item to Sympl for evaluation.
If it IS a manufacturing defect: We will repair or replace the item at our discretion. For U.S. orders, Sympl will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.
If it is NOT a manufacturing defect: The warranty claim will be denied. When possible, we may offer a repair for a reasonable fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
International Orders: International customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including shipping the product to Sympl and shipping any repaired or replacement product back to the customer. Any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are also the customer’s responsibility. In some cases, Sympl may offer to cover an approved repair cost so the product can be repaired locally in the customer’s country instead of being shipped back to Sympl. Any local repair must be approved by Sympl in advance.
